Hircismus treated with subcutaneous trimming and endoscopic cauterization following small incision

Abstract:

[Abstract]Objective: To explore an effective method for radical correction of axillary osmidrosis. Methods: 85 patients of osmidrosis were treated by mini-incision to prune tissues underdermis and electrocoagulation with laparoscopic, and studied the efforts for 6-24 months. Results: Among the 85 patients, 64 cases were completely cured, 16 cases were significantly effective, 2 cases were effectual and 3cases were unfruitful with a total cure rate as 96.5%. Conclusions: Mini-incision to prune tissues underdermis and electrocoagulation with laparoscopic is a effective method for radical correction of osmidrosis.
