Abstract:

That a case of nail psoriasis was cured by Acitretin Capsules is reported. A 52-year-old woman presented with 10 fingernails thickening and discoloring for 2 months. The nail tissue is got by the longitudinal biopsy, and she was diagnosed as nail psoriasis by histopathololgy. After given Acitretin Capsules 30mg daily for 8 months, 10 nails return to normal thickness and color without recurrence in 7 months of follow up。
