Abstract:
The Study on Serum IL-2,TNF-a of Patients with Traumatic Vitiligo before and after Treatment with Tacrolimus /Runping YANG, Yunlin LIU,Xiaopeng LI/Depart of Dermatology, General Naval Hospital, Beijing,100037. [Abstract]Objective:Traumatic vitiligo is one type with unusual inducements, whose pathogenesis is still unknown. This article was aimed to observe the efficacy of 0.1%Tacrolimus Ointment on traumatic vitiligo and investigate it’s immunological mechanisms .Methods:The efficacy of tacrolimus was judged by the repigmentation area of the vitiligo lesions; ELISA was applied to quantitatively determine the serum IL-2, TNF-a of patients with traumatic vitiligo before and after treatment with Tacrolimus , and compared with that of normal controls. Results:The efficacy rate of Tacrolimus for traumatic vitiligo was 75%;The serum IL-2,TNF-a of traumatic vitiligo before and after treatment with Tacrolimus were significantly higher than those of controls ,p<0.05. And serum IL-2,TNF-a were not reduced significantly by Tacrolimus by the trial end, p>0.05.Conclusions:Immunomodulator Tacrolimus is effective for traumatic vitiligo;Autoimmune aspects play a vital role in it’s pathogenesis .
