Reformed Mohs micrographic surgery in the treatment of 26 cases of skin carcinoma

Abstract: Objective:To observe the curative effect of improved Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer. Methods: Cut focus at about 2mm~4mm around the tumour, take photos of the shape and the position of cuted tissue by digital camera, and print them on time, mark the delivered tissue correctly on the blueprint and patient's body. Then carries on according to the other steps on Mohs micrographic surgery.Results:Follow up was one month to two years.25 cases were cured .1 case of recrudescent squamous cell carcinoma is recrudesced. Conclusion:Improved Mohs micrographic surgery for the skin cancer could effect a radical cure tumour and remain more normal tissue so that reconstruction of secondary wound would be easy.
