Results :After one week’s treatment, the healing rate was 13.16 % in the treatment group and 6.67% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). After two and three weeks’ treatment, the healing rate was 53.95% and 63.16% in the treatment group respectively, while that of control group was 28.00% and 37.33 % respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of treatment group was 43.42%, 84.21% and 92.11% respectively as compared with that of control group was 18.67%,60.00% and 69.33% respectively, there was a significant difference both in the two groups (both P<0.05) and no obvious side effect was found in the two groups.
