Detection of Mycobacterium Leprae Usiag a Nested-Primer Gene Amplification Assay

Abstract: A two-step polymerise chain reaction assay was estiblisbed by us using a set of four nested oligonucleotide primers including L1-L4 and Tl-T4 primers for the detection and identification of M. leprae and M. tuberculosis (H37Rv), respectively.
