Abstract: The imrnunological parameters of PBMC were determined in fifty-six patients with active SLE and fifty-seven healthy controls. The results showed that the percentages of B cells aad CD8⁺ cells were higher in the patients than in the controls (P<0.05 and P<0.001, respectivity).
