Abstract: Eighteen casts of Paget's disease-14 of them involved nipples, and 4 were extramamnnary were studied using the immunoperaxidase technique. The antiuodies used were directed against CEA, EMA and S100 protein. All cases were positive for anti-CEA serum and monoclonal anti-EMA antibody.
