Abstract: Langerhans cells (LC) in the lesions of 21 patients with allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) were studied using ATPase method,HRP-avidig-biotin-IgG techniclne labelled with monoclonal Anti-HLA-DR and Anti-T6 antibodies and with conventional transmission electron microscopy.
