Abstract: Anti-intermediate. filament antibodies including monoclonal antibodies to keratin (CAM5.2, AF2), vimentin, desmin and polyclonal antibody to keratin as well as antibodies to CEA and S100 protein were tested on fresh frozen sections of 22 cascs of malignant cutaneous tumors, 33 cases of benign cutaneous tumors and 12 cases of other epithelial tumors by ABC immunohistochemical method in this article.
