Abstract: The luminol-dependent chemiluminescence (CL) of whale blood cells technique was used for the determination of phagocytie function of PMN in 92 cases of following skin diseases:(1)Dermatomycoses infections and deep mycoses: 43 cases; (2) psoriasis:41 cases;(3) other skin diseases including lymphoma and eczema etc.:8 cases:(4)normal control:24 cases.The result showed that tha peak value of CL and CL in 60 minutes increased in most patiems except 14 patients with psoriasis.The authors discussed the significance of the findings with the pathogenesis of these diseases.
