Abstract: Sixty cases of factitious urticaria and 70 cold urticaria were measured by dermatographism test and icecube test according to author's methnd,and 1 cholinergic urticaria,1 pressure unicaria,189 cases of nonphysical urticaria,315 other skin diseases and 131 healthy subjects were considered as control.The results showed that the positive rate of dermotographism test in factitious urticaria and ice-cube test in cold urticaria were the highet.In comparison with the control groups the differeaces were of significance (P<0.01).Finally,prcs.sure of dermatographism test,minimum time threshold of cold stimulation and clinical significance of the two test were discussed.
