Abstract: In this article, autoantibodies in sera and skin of 23 patients with pemphigus and 15 patients with pemphigoid are surveyed by indirect and direct immunofluorescent tests. According to the results, the authors considered that: 1. The determination of circulating pempniigus antibodies (PAb) with indirect immunofluorescence (IIF)is of diagnostic value for pemphigus. The level of PAb titer and its variation can be used to evaluate the disease activity, and also as a parameter in the treatwent of pemphigus.
