Abstract: Our report observed the therapeutic effect of 85 patients with tines versicolor taking KCZ 200 mg per day (39 cases) and once every other day (46 cases). The determination of MIC of KCZ against P. orb/ov. and, serum level of KCZ and the TEM observation of patients' scale before and after treatment were also carried out. The therapeutic efbcacy between two regimens was the same, but the side effect was less in the patients taking 200mg KCZ once every other day.
