Abstract: The growth curve of human epidermal keratinocytes in cell culture was reported. Plated on a collagen coated plastic petri dish, the cells attached to the dish 18~24 hours after plating, and reached confluence 10~14 days after plating. The growth cruve of the keratinocytes showed that there were 3 stakes, zn initial lag phase, followed by a growth phase and a final plateau phase. Tech-niques and experience of culture of human epicermal keratinocyte were also discussed.
