Abstract: We have observed the peripheral microcirculati on in 50 cases of SLE,mean while, the clinical and laboratory examinations of these patients also have been taken with 20 cases of other connective fissue diseases and 20 normal persons as controls. The results showed that there were abnormalities of peripheral microcirculation on the nailfold, tongue tip, skin lesion and retina of SLE.Abnormalities of periphecal microcirculation were in close relationship with the severity of SLE, that is to say, the more serious the microcirculation disorder was the more severe the internal organs involved, and the more severe the disease activity was, and vice verso. In addition, the author improved the method for the observation of microcirculatioa of tongue tip.
