Abstract: M.caais, M. gypseum and C. albicans were digested by snail enzpme,The results showed that over 50% of the cell walls of hyphae became rough, lost refraction, deformed of broke down.In the macroconidia.the number of granules increased, the septa lost and some cell walls broke.In C.albicaas only 10-15% of spores had alteration. After digestion, they were stained with four kinds of stains: lactophenol cotton blue stained bluer than aormal, 0.5% trypan blue solution showed pigmentation. Gram's stain negative reaction and periodic acid-schiff stain reddish colour.
