Abstract: In order to improve the cytological criteria for the early diagnosis of cvtaneous T-cell lymphomas,a number of morphometric assesments in semithin sections have been performed under the light microscope on the infiltrates of lymphoid cells in twenty cases of overt mycosis fungoides (MF),nineteen well-defined benign dermatases and three suspected MF.
