Abstract: Clinical analysis of 118 cases of early syphilis was reported.Features worthy of mention were: The majority of cases were primary and secondary syphilis,mucocutaneous lesions of secondary syphilis were very common and developed earlier,therefore,a differential diagnosis from other skin discases was needed.
