Abstract: The myocardial perfusion and function after cold stress were studied in 11 patients with connectiae tissue disease by SPECT thallium-201 scintigraphy and UCG.At the onset of cold-induced Raynaud's phenomenon (RP),5 of 6 patients in RP group had single or multiple regions of myocardial ischemia,fatal or patchy,and varied in degree.
