Abstract: The binding capacity of DNA-receptor on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) way determined by the method of single point with 3H-lambda phage DNA in 20 SLE pakients. The results showed that the average binding capacity of the DNA-receptor in SLE patients (457.22)was than that in health Individuals (715.1±256, P<0.02).
