Abstract: Sixteen male patients with acute ganococcal proctitis caused by homosexual infection are reported.Four of theixi were associated with acute gonococcal urethritix,6 with condyloina acuminatum,3 with early sypnllis and 1 with acute gonococcal stomatitis.
