Segmental hyalinizing vasculitis:report of twenty-six cases

Abstract: Twenty-six cases of segmental hyalinizing vasculitis are reported. The typical clinical manifestations and pathological features were described. The effect of Rehmannia glutinosa (生地)for the disease is significant. Segmental hyalinizing vasculitis is a distinct entity different from atrophie blanche and livedo vasculitis.
