Abstract: The study reports the change of cellular immune function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Their E rosetting ratio was descreased, allogeneie mixed lymphocyte reaction was not significantly defective and autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction was significantly impaired. These findings suggest that the patients with SLE have dysfunction in ixnmunoregulation, that is likely to reflect important pathogenesis of SLE.
