Mycosis fungoides associated with seborrheic keratosis:report of a case and literature review

Abstract: The first case of mycosis fungoides (MF) associated with seborrheic keratosis (SK) (Leser-Trélat's sign) in our country is reported, and this is the fourth case reported in the literature. SK occurred 23 years after the onset of MF. The lesions of SK were mostly located on the patches and plaques of MF and wax and wane with the latter.
