聚合酶链反应检测尖锐湿疣皮损内人乳头瘤病毒

Detection of Human Papilloma Virus DNA in the Der-mis of Lesions in Patients with Condyloma Acuminata

摘要： 13个皮损组织取自13例尖锐湿疣(CA)患者,13例基底细胞上皮瘤(BCC)组织作为对照,用溴化钠液分离表真皮,从组织中提出的 DNA和溴化钠液分别用聚合酶链反应检测 HPV DNA.11例CA表皮中检出 HPV DNA,HPV6有7例,HPV11有4例.3例CA真皮中发现有HPV DNA,HPV6有2例,HPV11有1例.2例标本因溴化钠液被HPV污染未作统计.在BCC组织中未发现有HPV DNA.在某些CA真皮内含有 HPV DNA可以解释散发病例的复发性.

Abstract: Thirteen Lesions were excised from 13 patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA).Thirteen lesions taken from patients with basal cell carcinoma (BCC) were studied as controls.Epidermis was separated from dermis by treatment with sodium bromide.DNA extracted from both tissues and sodium bormide solution were amplified respectively for the presence of HPV DNA using the polymerase chain reaction.HPV DNA was detected in the epidermis of 11 specimens of CA,HPV type 6 in seven and HPV type 11 in four.HPV DNA was found in the dermis of three specimens of CA;type 6 in two and type 11 in one.Two specimens were excluded because of contamination of the sodium bromide solution by HPV' HPV DNA was not detected in the lesions from CA patients.The presence of HPV DNA in the dermis of some lesions may explain the recurrence of the disease in sporadic cases.
