孢子丝菌病病理组织内病原体的观察

Study of Organisms in Pathological Tissue for Sporotrichosis

摘要： 对82例皮肤孢子丝菌病病理组织内的病原体做了观察,结果HE染色发现星状体22例(26.8%)、孢子36例(43.9%).45例PAS染色发现星状体9例(20%),孢子38例(84.4%),菌丝2例.5例多菌组织块透射电镜观察均见到孢子,并发现一个芽生孢子被中性粒细胞伪足钳住将被吞噬状.4例免疫荧光抗体染色均见到孢子.45例组织液涂片革兰染色及PAS染色发现孢子40例(88.8%)、星状体1例(2.2%).5例扫描电镜观察见到各种形态孢子,16例免疫荧光染色均见到孢子.真菌培养52例中47例(90%)证实为申克孢子丝菌.孢子丝菌素皮试38例均阳性.

Abstract: In this paper, organisms in biopsy specimens of 82 cases of sporotrichosis were studied.The results showed that in the histopathological sections with HE stain asteroid bodies were observed in 22/82 (26.8%) sections, spores in 36/82 (43.9%) sections.of 45 sections with PAS stain asteroid bodies were found in 9 (20%) sections,spores in 38(84.4%),and mycelia in 2.Spores Were found in all of 5 cases with multi-organisms under TEM, one spore was being wrapped by the pseudopodium of a neutrophil and going to be phagocytosed.Spores were found in all of 4 cases with fluorescent antibody staining.In smears exudates from lesion, spores were found in 40 cases (88.8%) and asteroid bodies in 1 case (2.2%) with Gram and PAS stain in 45 cases.Spores with different shapes were found in 5 cases under SEM,and in all of 16 cases with fluorescent antibody stainig.The pathological tissues of 52 cases were cultured, and 47 cases (90%) were confirmed to be Sporothrix schenkii.Skin test of sporotrichin were performed in 38 cases,positive results were observed in all cases.
