茄病镰刀菌引起坏疽性脓皮病

摘要： 患者男,58岁,铁渣灼伤左上睑后,于眼睑部、左颞部及鼻部迅速出现红肿、化脓、坏死、结痂、溃烂,深达皮下及肌层.皮损区直接镜检及组织病理切片均发现大量真菌菌丝,8次真菌学培养为同一菌株CZ9213生长.该菌株经形态特征,生理测定及动物试验等真菌学研究鉴定证实为茄病镰刀菌[Fusarium solani(Mart),Sacc].该患者经氟康唑与5-氟胞嘧啶联合应用治愈.

Abstract: A 58-year-old male patient was admitted in January 1992 for a trauma of left eyelids caused by iron slag over 17 days.On examination he exhibited erythema, swelling, festering, necrosis, crust and deep ulcer involving subcutaneous and muscular layers of his lids, left temple and nose, A large amount of fungal hyphae were found on direct microscopy and histopathological examination.Same strain, CZ9213, grew on mycological culture medium for & times.The strain was identified as Fusarium solani (Mart) Sacc.by morphological characteristics, physiological features, and animal experimentation.The patient was cured by fluconazole in combination with 5-flucytosine.
