尖锐湿疣患者白介素12、白介素15和肿瘤坏死因子α水平的研究

Study on Serum Levels of Interleukin 12, Interleukin 15 and Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha in Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum

摘要: 为了研究白介素(IL)12、IL-15和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)在尖锐湿疣发病机理中的作用,采用双抗体夹心酶扩大敏感性免疫检测(EASIA)技术检测了尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-12、IL-15及TNFα的水平。结果发现尖锐湿疣患者IL-12水平比正常人显着降低(P<0.05),IL-15水平虽有降低,但无显着性差异;TNFα水平则无明显改变,说明由于IL-12水平低下而导致一系列细胞免疫反应抑制效应,包括在病毒(特异性抗原)早期感染时,不能有效地启动Th1型细胞对病毒抗原的应答反应以及增强T细胞和自然杀伤细胞活性,在尖锐湿疣发病机理中起着重要作用。

Abstract: In order to study the role of interleukin(IL)12, IL15 and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum(CA),we used double antibody sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of serum IL12,IL15 and TNF-α levels in 31,38 and 27 patients with CA respectively. The results showed the serum IL12 level was significantly(P<0.05) lower in CA patients than that of controls. The level of IL15 was also lower in patients than that in normals, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The TNF-α level in patients was almost the same as the controls.These results indicate that the lower level of IL12 results in inhibitory effects on a series of cell-immune responses,being not able to have an effect on T cell and NK cell activation and initiation of Th1-type cell responses at the very early stages of virus infection,which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CA.
