色度值评价光动力治疗鲜红斑痣的疗效

摘要：

目的：通过色度值检测，客观评价鲜红痣光动力治疗的疗效。方法 选择浅紫型颞部和面颊部鲜红斑痣患者共72例，用光谱光度测色仪测量治疗前后鲜红斑痣与对侧正常皮肤的色度值，计算病变区与对侧正常皮肤的色差及治疗后退色的百分比，进行疗效分级，并做统计学处理。结果 颞部鲜红斑痣病变的疗效：优秀26.19%，良好33.33%，一般23.80%，差11.90%，无反应4.76，面颊部鲜红斑痣的疗效为优秀：6.67%，良好：16.67%，一般：33.33%，差：26.67%，无反应：16.67%，两者疗效的差异的统计学意义。结论 色度值能客观、准确、定量评估鲜红斑痣的疗效，颞部鲜红斑痣光动力治疗的疗效优于面颊部。

Abstract:

Objective Our aim was to evaluation of treatment effect with photodynamic therapy on port wine stain by measuring chromatic value.Methods 72patients with light purple port wine stain is studied by comparing the chromatic value of the port wine stain with that of contralateral normal skin on pre-treatment and post-treatment.Results Treatment effect of port wine stain on temple was:excellent:26.19%,good33.33%,fair23.80%,poor11.90%,no response4.67%.on check was:excellent6.6%,good16.6%,fair33.33%,poor26.67%,no response16.67%.This,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Evaluation of treatment effect on port wine stain by chromatic value is objection, cprrectop and quantitation. The treatment effect of port wine stain on temple position is better than chech.
