摘要: 【摘要】 鲜红斑痣是一种以皮肤表面毛细血管和毛细血管后微静脉结构异常为特征的先天性、进行性毛细血管畸形。好发于面颈部,明显的外貌特征可能会带来社会歧视,严重影响患者的情绪和身心健康。光动力疗法作为鲜红斑痣的一种新兴疗法,展现了良好的安全性和有效性,是治疗鲜红斑痣最有前景的策略之一。自2017年以来,海姆泊芬光动力疗法已被广泛用于鲜红斑痣患者,为进一步规范海姆泊芬光动力疗法的临床应用,共识组专家结合国内外最新研究进展,在广泛讨论基础上制订本共识,为临床医生提供指导意见。
