摘要： 患者女，76岁。因头面、颈部、躯干红斑、斑块伴气短9个月、加重3 d于2023年10月10日入住我院呼吸科。患者9个月前于新型冠状病毒感染（COVID-19）后出现呼吸困难，继而头面部出现棕红色斑块，不伴瘙痒、疼痛，于呼吸科住院治疗半个月……
