摘要： 患者男，21岁，因胸背部、腹部、双上肢丘疹6年余于2021年8月就诊。6年前患者无明显诱因于胸背部陆续出现数十个针尖至绿豆大小毛囊性褐色丘疹，表面稍光滑，触之坚实，每个皮损中央有一黑色毛发样物穿插其中，无水疱、脓疱，无糜烂、溃疡，无渗出、结痂，当时未予重视……
