摘要： 患者男，74岁，因呕血1 d入院。患者3 d前因脑梗死服用阿司匹林0.1 g/d，1 d前出现呕血和黑便。呕鲜红色血，量800 ml，伴黑便2次，不成形，共约300 g。自觉头晕、心悸，无明显腹痛，无畏寒发热，无皮肤黏膜出血点。既往有高血压、2型糖尿病史10余年……
