毛发腺瘤1例

摘要：

报告1例毛发腺瘤。患者男，75岁。左颧部结节2年余，无特殊不适。结节大小约2.5 cm×2.5cm，表面呈颗粒状，淡黄色。组织病理示：瘤体位于真皮内，边界清楚，由嵌于纤维血管性间质内的实性瘤细胞团及多数角囊肿组成，囊壁为嗜酸性细胞。诊断毛发腺瘤。

Abstract:

A case of Trichoadenoma of Nikolowski is reported. A 75-year-old male developed an asymptomatic pallide-flavens nodule which is about 2.5×2.5cm of the size on the left pars zygomatica for about two years. Histologically it was an intradermal lesion with clear bouncary. The lesion is composed of multiple solid epithelial nests and masses and keratinous cysts surrounded by a proliferation of eosinophilic epidermoid cells. The diagnosis of Trichoadenoma is reached.
