Detection of Human Papillomavirus DNA in Coeadyloma Acuminata

摘要: 32P标记的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)核酸探针杂交方法检测了27例尖锐湿疣病人活检材料,25例检出HPV DNA(92.6%),均属HPV6/11型,一例伴有16/18型混合感染,另一例伴有16/18和33/33/35型混合感染.取2例用杂交方法未检出HPV DNA的活检材料提取DNA,用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)便基因扩增,再进行检测仍未检出.说明用核酸杂交方法检测的敏感性及特异性均佳,可以普遍应用于一般HPV感染的检测.

Abstract: Dot-Blot hybridization with 32P-labeled RNA probes was used Eo detect the presence of HPV DNA in biopsies taken from the condyloma acuminata tissue of 27 patients. HPV DNA was found in 25 cases(92.6%), all belonged to HPV 6/11.
