蛋白酶对表皮细胞游走的影响

摘要: 本文报告用.DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium)作培养液,研究了小鼠皮肤培养中表皮细胞层的外包以及各种蛋白酶抑制剂对表皮细胞游走的影响.结果发现培养液中添加丝氨酸查白酶抑制剂Camostat mesilate(0.5,1,0.2mg/ml)和Aprotinin(14,28TIU/ml)后,明显抑制表皮细胞的游走,且这种抑制作用同添加的浓度及培养的时间有关,这显示丝氨蛋白酶可能促进表皮细胞的游走.有助于皮肤创伤的愈合.

Abstract: The epiboiy of epidermal layers and the influence of various protesase inhibitors an the migration of epidermal cells were studied on marine skin cultured with Dulbecco's Modified Eagie's Medium (DMEM).The results showed after the addition of Camostat mesilate (0.5,1.0,2.0mg/ml) and Aprotinin (14,28TIU/ml) to DMEM the migration of epidermal cells was markedly inhibited,and the inhibitory action was related to the concentration of respective protease inhibitors and tha duration of culture.This suggests that serine protease might be effective in promoting the migration of epidermal cells and could be helpful in the process of skin wound healing.
