白癫风患者外周血NK细胞活性和IL2产生能力的实验研究

摘要： 本文用115IUdR释放法检测了20例白癫风患者外周血自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性,并通过短期培养诱生法检测了15例患者的淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL2)的能力.结果显示白癫风患者的NK细胞活性和IL2活性均明显高于正常对照组,表明白癫风患者有细胞免疫的异常,其在白癫风发病中的意义尚待进一步研究.

Abstract: The article reports the results of NK cell activity and IL-2 producing ability of patients with vitiligo.Using 125IUdR release test 20 patients were detected for NK cell activity.By using short time culture method 15 cases were determined for IL-2 producing ability.The results showed that the NK cell activity and the IL-2 activity were marked higher than those of the healthy controls (P < 0.001).The increase of NK cell activity and IL-2 activity furkher demonstrated that the cell mediated immunity was abnormal in patients with vitiligo.The pathagenetic signifcance of these abnormalities in vitiligo remains to be studied.
