摘要： 本研究采用血清凝集反应和外抗原试验的方法,对3种病原性黑酵母进行了初步试验.凝集反应结果表明皮炎万氏霉与外瓶霉属交叉效价在1:320以下,可彼此区分;甄氏外瓶霉与棘状外瓶霉之间尚无法区分;外抗原试验发现棘状外瓶霉与皮炎万氏霉有两种抗原成份且两菌之间存在一定交又反应,尚不能区别;甄氏外瓶霉仅有一种抗原成份且与前两菌不存在交叉反应,可供鉴别;3种黑酵母与裴氏着色霉和优状瓶霉之间未见交叉反应.

Abstract: This paper reports the results of using serological method,the agglutination and exoantigen tests to compare the antigenticity of the black yeasts.3 species-7 cultures were studied.The results indicated that vrith agglutination test W.dermatitidis could be differentiated from Exophiala genus,but not for E.jeanselmei and E.spinifera.The exoantigen test could be used to differentiate E.jeanselmei from E.spinifera and W.dermatitidis.There was no antigenic relationship between black yeasts and F.pedrosoi and P.verrucosa.
