摘要： 本文调查了1473名接触汽、煤、柴、机油机会较多的工人手部皮肤患病情况.患有不同程度手部皮肤疾患的562人,患病率为38.2%.主要皮肤疾患是皮肤干燥、粗糙(患病率39.8%).角化破裂(14.9%),汗疱疹样损害(19.6%),指甲的改变(26.7%),其中扁平甲占多数.还有扁平疣样损害11例,手癣17例.

Abstract: One thousand four hundred and seventy-three workers, who mainly contacted with gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, engine oil, were investigated for occupational dermatoses of the hands. Among these workers, 562 cases had occupational dermatoses of varying degrees.The morbidity rate was 38.2%.The main skin manifestations were dry and rough skin(morbidity 39.8%).keratosis and fissure(14.9%),pompholyx-like lesions(19.6%) and nail chaages(26.7%).A large proportion of the patients, with nail change manifested as platonychia. In addition there were verruca plane-like lesioas in 11 cases and tinea manuum is 17 cases.
