长期紫外线照射对豚鼠表皮郎格罕细胞的影响

Effect of chronic ultraviolet irradiation of Langerhan’s cell density in guinea pig epidermis

摘要: 用氙灯长期照射豚鼠皮肤,观察照射后表皮郎格罕细胞(LC)密度的变化.结果发现实验组照射侧表皮LC密度明显低于正常对照组,经方差分析,差别有显著性,但在照射不同期间,无论是实验组照射侧还是正常对照组其表皮LC密度均无多大变化,经方差分析无显著性差异.而实验组非照射侧,则随照射时间增加LC亦逐渐减少,并与照射侧渐趋接近.根据前文长期紫外线照射也能使豚鼠皮肤产生类似于入皮肤光老化组织学变化的报道,作者认为本实验中表皮LC密度的减少是皮肤光老化变化的一部分.

Abstract: The Langerhan's cell (LC) density was assessed in guinea pig epidermis treated with chronic ultraviolet irradiation. It was found that the epidermal LC density was siginificantly reduced in the irradiated site of the treated animals in comparison to oontroi animals, F-Qtest being siginificantly different. However, during the different irradiated stages, Goth in the irradiated site of the treated animals or conWol animals there were no siginificant difference in their epidermal LC densities; but in the unlrradiated site of the treated animals, with the increase of the irradiated tune, the LC density was gradually decreased and approached the irradiated site. Additionally, as mentioned in the previous article, the histological alterations in the guinea pig skin treated with chronic ultraviolet irradiation were also similar to those in the photoaged human skin. We therefore consider that the reduckion of LC density in the present study is a component of cutaneous photoaging.
