摘要： 用3种方法处理系统性念珠菌病兔模型的56份血清标本,用双杭体夹心ELISA检测血清甘露聚糖抗原.结果显示.煮沸法阳性率是69.3%, 56℃加热法和不加热法阳性率分别是19,8%和7.1%.煮沸法与后两种方法相比,抗原检出率有非常显著差别(P<0.01).我们认为,煮沸法处理血清标本,可以提高检测敏感性,该法简单、易行、省时.

Abstract: This article reports the using of douhle-antibody sandwich ELISA to detect serum mannan antigen in 56 serum samples treated with three methods in rabbit systemic candidiasis.
