男性同性恋感染急性淋菌性直肠炎16例分析

摘要： 本文报告16例男性急性淋菌性直肠炎患者,均因同性恋感染致病.其中4例伴发急性淋菌性尿道炎,6例俘发尖锐湿疣,3例伴发早期梅毒,1例伴发急性淋菌性口腔炎.对患者的细胞免疫功能进行了研究,结果提示同性恋者的免疫调节功能障碍.结合文献对急性淋菌性直肠炎的临床症状、体征、诊断进行了讨论.

Abstract: Sixteen male patients with acute ganococcal proctitis caused by homosexual infection are reported.Four of theixi were associated with acute gonococcal urethritix,6 with condyloina acuminatum,3 with early sypnllis and 1 with acute gonococcal stomatitis.
