中频单向间歇脉冲电离渗透对小白鼠坏部汗腺功能的影响

摘要: 本文报道中频单向间歇脉冲(MUIIC)电离渗透后小白鼠肠部汗腺功能的变化.结果表明,1.自来水MUIIC电离渗透后小白鼠出汗量及活动汗腺数均显著减少,与0.5%东首若碱浸泡和5%福尔马林外用配对比较,上述两项指标亦减少,差异有显著意义(P<0.01及0.05);2.自来水MUIIC电离渗透的电刺檄反应比自来水直流电离渗透轻,局部红肿等不良反应比5%福泊花马林外用少(P<0.01);3.自来水MUIIC电离渗透后汗孔大多呈闭合状态,没有发现汗孔角栓及汗液潴留.作者分析了MUIIC电离渗透机理,并推测可用该方法治疗局部多汗症及相关皮肤病.

Abstract: This paper reports the effect on palmoplantar sweatang of rnice with tapsvater MUIIC iontophoresis. The results showed: 1. The quanity of sweat and the number of active sweat glands decreased after treatment and there was marked difference the tapwater MUIIC inotnphoresis and tapwater immersion, 0.5% scopolamine solution immersion, 5% formalin solution inurtction in automatch control (P<0.01 and 0.05 respectively).
