银屑病患者外周血T淋巴细胞及其亚群和天然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的研究

Study of T cell subsets, B cells and natural killer cell activity in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis

摘要: 作者用抗人T细胞单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法、膜表面免疫球蛋白直接免疫荧光法检测了47例寻常型银屑病患者T细胞及其亚群和B细胞的百分率,并用125IUdR释放法检测了其中22例银屑病患者外周血单一核细胞的天然杀伤(NK)细胞活性,并与正常健康人对照组进行比较.本文研究的结果进一步支持银屑病患者存在细胞免疫功能的缺陷.推测银屑病患者的免疫调节紊乱, 特别是免疫负调节增强在其发病中可能起一定的作用.

Abstract: In the present study the percentage of T lymphocytes, T cell subsets and B cells, defined by anti-human T cell monoclonal antibodies (T3, T4, T8), using indirect immunofluore-scence technique and surface membrane immunoglobulin (SmIg) using direct immuno-fluorescence technique were determined in the peripheral blood of 47 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. By using 125IUdR release test for the natural killer (NK) cell activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cell of 22 patients was determined. Normal healthy persons were used as control. The results further support that there is defect of cellular immunity in patients with psoriasis. The authors postulate that the disturbance of immunoregulation in psoriasis, especially the increase of negative immunoregulation, may play a role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
