摘要： 本文报告了3例皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤,经抗Leul,Leu2a,L,eu3a,Leu4及抗HLA-DR单克隆抗体检测,证明2例为向表皮性皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤,1例为非向表皮性皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤,并对其诊断与治疗加以讨论.

Abstract: Three cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) patients are reported in this paper. Accoording to examinations with anti-Leu1, Leu3a, Leu4, and HLA-DR monoclonal antibodies, two cases were diagnosed as epidermotropic CTCL and one case was diagnosed as non-epidermotropic CTCL. The diagnosis and treatment of CTCL were discussed.
