摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】血管肿瘤在儿童期较为常见，通常为良性过程，但一些血管肿瘤也可以是相关综合征的一种皮肤表现，可伴随并发症的发生。本文综述儿童期常见血管肿瘤相关综合征，如PHACE综合征、LUMBAR综合征、多发婴儿血管瘤伴肝血管瘤、卡梅现象、Maffucci综合征等的临床表现及诊疗进展，旨在为临床早期识别并积极治疗相关疾病、避免疾病进展提供参考。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Vascular tumors are relatively common in childhood and are usually benign. However, some vascular tumors may represent cutaneous manifestations of associated syndromes and can be accompanied by various complications. This review summarizes common syndromes associated with vascular tumors in children, including PHACE syndrome, LUMBAR syndrome, multiple infantile hemangiomas with hepatic hemangiomas, Kasabach?Merritt phenomenon, and Maffucci syndrome, with a focus on their clinical features and recent advances in diagnosis and treatment. The aim is to facilitate early clinical recognition, promote timely and appropriate management, and ultimately prevent disease progression.
