摘要： 患者女，35岁，因全身丘疹、瘙痒2年，双下肢溃疡伴疼痛4个月于2023年3月14日就诊。患者2年前下肢自行使用脱毛膏后出现散在绿豆至黄豆大小丘疹，伴有明显瘙痒，搔抓后破溃，并逐渐累及全身……
