摘要： 患者男，48岁，因面部、躯干、四肢泛发红色至红棕色光滑的丘疹、结节半年就诊。2个月前当地医院诊断黄瘤病，面部3个皮疹行液氮冷冻治疗后消退，留有瘢痕，但不断出现新皮疹……
