摘要： 患者男，65岁。因四肢、躯干泛发皮色疝样斑5年于2022年6月6日就诊。患者5年前无明显诱因腰部出现大小不一皮色疝样斑，无痛痒等自觉症状，皮疹逐渐增多。既往高血压病史10年。否认发病前外伤病史。个人史无特殊，家族中无类似疾病者……
